Research shows that times of transition in our lives can change our attachment styles. Fifty percent of us will feel this in the short-term, and twenty-five percent of us will feel long-lasting impacts in our relationships.
– Fraley, Gillath & Deboeck, Journal of Personality & Social Psychology, 2021
Whenever we go through life transitions, we find ourselves asking "who am I now that I have traversed this transformative time?"
What we forget is that times of transformation also require us to ask "where and with whom do I belong now?"

More About Me
Hi, I'm Jessie!
I'm a coach and doula, and I've been supporting women through rites of passage and radical transformations in their lives for the last seventeen years.
In my work and research, I have found that the dominant models of life transition, rites of passage and also many therapeutic modalities fail to take into account that we, as individuals, are embedded within complex relational ecosystems. Those relational dynamics play an enormous role in how, why, whether and when our lives change.
I hope this workshop supports you to begin to make sense of how your relationships are shifting alongside you, and gives you the tools and resources you need to help you along the way.
