Imaginalia

field notes on transformative times + support for your metamorphosis

Imaginalia is a monthly newsletter....but it's more of a sweet little zine: a curation of reflections and resources for navigating life transition and rites of passage, but also a poem every so often – and maybe a link to my favourite new soup recipe or a song that's giving me life right now.  It's my way of both guiding you and wondering / wandering alongside you as we collectively navigate times of transformation with reverence and resourcefulness.

Imaginalia – a newsletter with resources for women navigating life transitions, rites of passage and matrescence

When you sign up to receive Imaginalia, you'll also receive occasional emails from me regarding upcoming offerings, events and other resources.

Why Imaginalia?

Imaginal cells are a type of cell within a chrysalis that is neither caterpillar nor butterfly but contain the blueprint of both; the plumbline of truth that holds steady throughout transformation.

Marginalia are the often surprisingly intimate notes scribbled in the margins of a book (the greatest treasures of the secondhand book store, if you ask me).

Imaginalia is a collection of reflections and notes and ideas that hold deep truth, no matter what phase of metamorphosis you're in.

Jessie Harrold - Coach, Doula and Author. Matrescence Expert.

I tend to, live and work on Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people, also known as Nova Scotia, Canada.  The work I do and the person I am becoming would not be possible if it were not for this land, which I am ever-endeavouring to be in right relationship with.
